Pricing questions
What do I get on the Free plan?
Free includes 15 active cards, a public showcase page with QR links, labels printed one at a time, market values and sales, import up to the limit, the photo gallery and slab scans. Sold and hidden cards do not count. Collector removes the limit and adds the label queue and bulk edit.
How is annual billing different?
Annual billing costs the same as ten months of monthly billing, so you get two months free. For Shop and Shop Pro, the one-time $299 onboarding fee is waived on annual plans. You can switch or cancel from Settings, Billing at any time.
Which plans include staff logins and transfers?
Vendor adds locations, Locate, Sell mode, bundle offers, card transfers and sold reports. Staff logins come with Shop, which includes 5, and Shop Pro, which includes 15 plus priority enrichment. Each staff member signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter a promo code in Settings, Billing to apply the plan it grants. Promo plans run for the length set on the code and do not need a card on file. When a promo plan ends, your account returns to the plan you had before.
