Terms of Service

PCVault, operated by Visionation, LLC at pcvaults.com, lets you track a sports card collection, print QR labels, see market values from third-party sales data and share a public showcase page.

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your handle is your public address. We can reclaim a handle that impersonates another person, brand or business.

The Free plan has a limit on active cards. Paid plans remove or raise limits as described on the pricing section of the site. If a paid plan ends, your cards stay in your account but you cannot add more active cards beyond the Free limit.

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give refunds except where required by law.

Promo codes are personal and cannot be transferred or sold. We can revoke a code, or the plan it granted, if it is abused.

• Do not list stolen or counterfeit cards.
• Do not scrape the service or access it with automated tools beyond the features we provide.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service.
• Do not use PCVault to break the law or to harm other people.

You own your photos and card data. You give us a license to store them and to display what you choose to publish, such as your showcase page and card pages, so we can run the service.

Market values are estimates based on third-party sales data. They are not financial advice and not a guarantee of what a card will sell for.

PCVault does not process, broker or guarantee sales between users, or between vendors and buyers. Any offer or sale is between the people involved.

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Visionation, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using PCVault and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use PCVault after a change means you accept the new terms.
