Privacy Policy

PCVault is a service at pcvaults.com operated by Visionation, LLC, based in the United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Visionation, LLC.

When you create an account we store your email address, the handle you pick and your display name. Your email is used to sign you in and to send account emails. It is not shown on your public pages.

We store the card details you add or import, such as player, year, set, grade, location in your case, status and tags.

Purchase prices, purchase dates and private notes are visible only to you when signed in. They are never shown on public pages, the kiosk view or to buyers.

Photos you upload, or that we download from image links you include in an import, are stored so they can be shown with your cards.

Your showcase page, card pages and the QR labels that point to them are public. Anyone with the link can see the cards you list there and their market values. You choose which cards are listed and can hide or remove them at any time.

Market values and recent sales come from third-party market data providers, which aggregate sales from marketplaces such as eBay, Fanatics Collect, Heritage Auctions and Alt. Card Ladder values appear only when you import them yourself. This data is about cards, not about you.

Follower and following counts are public. Your followers list is public only if you turn that on. Profile photo, bio, location and social links you add are shown on your public page.

Direct messages are private between the two people in the conversation. We store them so the service works. Platform staff can read a conversation only when one of the people in it files a report.

You can block anyone, which stops them from following or messaging you and hides your conversation, and you can report profiles and conversations to us.

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, its status and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage it.

The site, database and photo storage run on Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase.

We collect basic usage data, such as page views and which card pages are opened from QR codes, to understand how the service is used and to show owners how often their cards are viewed.

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences, such as the cards you picked for a bundle offer. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can remove cards and photos from your account at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and its data. Contact us through your account settings.

PCVault is not for children under 13, and they may not create an account.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shown in the app.
