Getting started

How do I set up my PCVault page?

Sign up, then pick a handle and a display name. Your public page lives at pcvaults.com/@ followed by your handle. After that, add cards one at a time, from a photo, or with a CSV import.

Do buyers need an account?

No. Buyers scan a QR label or open your page in their phone browser. They see the card, its market value and recent sales, and they can send an offer without an account.

How many cards can I add for free?

The Free plan covers 15 active cards. Sold and hidden cards do not count toward the limit. Collector and higher plans remove the limit.

Can I keep cards that are not for sale?

Yes. Mark a card as personal collection and it shows in the PC tab on your page, without an offer button. You can move a card between PC and For Sale at any time.

Importing cards

Which files can I import?

PCVault recognizes exports from Card Ladder, the PSA Set Registry, Beckett, Collectr, Ludex, CardStock, SportsCardsPro, TCDB, eBay and its own export. Any other CSV works too: PCVault guesses the columns and you adjust them once.

What happens after an import?

Each card is matched to market data, then gets a value, recent sales, photos and a grader slab check when it has a cert number. A progress banner shows which step each card is on.

Will importing the same file twice make duplicates?

Rows that look like cards you already have are flagged on the Import screen, and you choose whether to add them anyway.

How does Card Ladder sync work?

Card Ladder sync is on the Collector plan and up. Connect it once from Settings, Data, then run the PCVault bookmark while you are on Card Ladder. It updates values for cards already in PCVault. If a sync stops partway, the next run picks up where it left off.

A Card Ladder card shows under Not matched. What do I do?

Not matched cards are in Card Ladder but not in PCVault yet. Use Add to PCVault to bring one in, Add all to bring them all in, or Link to card to connect it to a card you already have. If it looks like a card you already have, PCVault suggests linking instead.

Can I add a card from a photo?

Yes. Use Add and snap the card. PCVault reads the card, shows you what it found to check, and asks you to confirm the match. You can also add by cert number or type the details yourself.

Card values & comps

Where do values come from?

Values come from real recent sales of each card. Every card page lists the sales the value is based on, with links where available. The market value is never lower than the card's last sold price.

Can I set my own value?

Yes. Set a manual value for any card from the card editor.

What does Raw comps mean?

The Raw comps label (comped as raw) means the value of a graded card comes from raw sales of the same card, not graded sales. PCVault uses raw sales by default for graders other than PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC. You can change it in the card editor under Value based on.

What does Estimated mean?

When a card has no sales of its own, PCVault estimates a value from close relatives, such as the same card in another grade or the base card, and labels it Estimated.

Why does a card say Check this card?

PCVault flags a card for you when its value looks far off from its sales or it has almost no sales. It never changes the value on its own. Open the card and use Check this card to review it or rerun matching.

Can people see what I paid?

No. What you paid is private and never appears on your page, card pages or kiosk.

Photos

Will my own photos be replaced?

No. Photos you upload always come first. Stock and listing photos only fill in when a card has no photo.

Where do slab scans come from?

When a graded card has a cert number, PCVault checks the grader record and adds the grader's scans to the card's photo gallery. You choose which image is the main front and back.

Why does a card show More photos?

Extra photos, such as grader scans, sit in a row under the main image on the card page. Tap one to see it larger.

QR labels & printing

Will my QR labels ever stop working?

No. Every card has a permanent link. If a card gets a new code or moves to another seller, scanning the old label still opens the right page.

Which printers work?

Any printer that prints from a browser works with the built-in label sheet. For Nelko label printers, export a CSV from the Labels screen and import it into the Nelko app.

What is the label queue?

On Collector and higher plans, new, imported, recoded or moved cards are added to the label queue, so you print only what is new and mark the batch printed. On Free, labels print one at a time.

Selling, offers & marketplace export

How do offers work?

Visitors send an offer on one card, or on the Vendor plan and up, a bundle of several cards. Offers arrive in your Inbox, where you accept, decline or record the sale. Buyers do not pay through PCVault.

What is Sell mode?

Sell mode is on the Vendor plan and up. Scan cards into a cart at a show, apply your percent of comps, confirm the final price and mark the cards sold. It is for in-person sales; payment happens between you and the buyer.

Can I export to Whatnot, eBay or TikTok Shop?

Yes, on the Vendor plan and up. Select cards and export a file in the marketplace's own format, then upload it on that marketplace.

Trades

How do trades work?

Build a trade with cards from both sides and PCVault shows the value balance. The other side can accept, counter or decline. Starting trades is on the Vendor plan and up; Collector can receive trades.

What if a trade goes wrong?

Either side can report a completed trade. Reports go to PCVault staff.

Plans, billing & promo codes

Which plans are there?

Free, Collector, Vendor, Shop and Shop Pro. Settings, Billing shows what each plan includes, and the pricing page has the full comparison.

How is annual billing different?

Annual costs the same as ten months of monthly billing. For Shop and Shop Pro, the one-time $299 onboarding fee is waived on annual plans.

How do I use a promo code?

Enter it in Settings, Billing. Promo plans run for the length set on the code and do not need a card on file. When a promo plan ends, your account returns to the plan you had before.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Settings, Billing and use Manage billing to change your card, switch plans or cancel.

My payment failed. What now?

Update your card from Manage billing within 7 days to keep your plan.

Team & staff

How do staff logins work?

Shop includes 5 staff logins and Shop Pro includes 15. Invite people from the Team screen. Each person signs in with their own account.

What can staff see?

Staff can use Cards, Sell, Locate and Labels for the shop's collection. They cannot see purchase prices, billing or team settings.

Can I move cards to another seller?

Yes, on the Vendor plan and up. Transfer cards to another seller's @username. They accept or decline, and old QR links forward to the card's new home.

Account & privacy

Who owns my data?

You do. You can export your cards at any time from Settings.

What stays private?

Purchase price, notes, case and row locations and anything about what you paid stay private. Visitors only see the card, its market value, last sold price and recent sales.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and delete your account. Your cards, photos, labels, messages, follows and exports are removed, and QR labels for your account stop opening a page.
