1Know the plans
Free covers 15 active cards with your page, QR links, market values and single label printing. Collector removes the card limit and adds the label queue, bulk edit, Card Ladder sync, videos, live eBay comps and receiving trades. Vendor adds Sell mode, offers on bundles, trades, marketplace export, locations, Locate and transfers. Shop adds 5 staff logins and Shop Pro adds 15 plus priority enrichment.
2See what you have
Open Settings, Billing. Your plan sits at the top with what it includes. Each plan below has a What you get list and Compare all plans opens the full table.
3Redeem a promo code
In Settings, Billing, type the code and redeem it. The plan applies right away and shows when it ends. Promo plans do not need a card on file.
Common mistakes
- Expecting sold or hidden cards to count toward the 15 card limit. Only active cards count.
