How values are calculated
The order PCVault uses to pick a card's value and the labels it shows.

You will learn
- The value order
- What each source label means
- Why a value can say Estimated
1The value order
Your own value always wins. Next comes Card Ladder or market data, depending on your value mode. The market value is raised to the last sold price when that is higher. If neither exists, PCVault uses Card Ladder comps, then the value from your import, then an estimate.
2Read the source
Each value names its source: Owner, Card Ladder, Market, Last sale, eBay asks, Imported value, Card Ladder comps or Estimated.
3Estimated values
Estimated means the value comes from related cards such as sibling parallels. Set your own value or sync Card Ladder to replace it.
4When there is no value
A card can show Pending, No market match, Needs review or Value not available until it is matched or you set a value.
